Scott Weiss has multi faceted experience and expertise in retail real estate, having worked as a Civil Engineer in the Land Development Division of Pennoni Associates for 8 years and as a broker specializing in tenant representation at MSC for 5 years. Scott holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, an MBA from Drexel University, and he has also earned his Professional Engineering license. At Pennoni, Scott was responsible for obtaining land development approvals including zoning permits, and he provided construction coordination services including specification writing and responses to Requests for Information. At MSC, he has combined that foundational skill set with his innate ability to identify tenant opportunities and execute on them.
