Scott Webb

Scott Webb is the President of Kolter Hospitality, where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations, including hotel development and management. With an extensive background in the commercial sector, he previously served as President of Kolter’s Commercial Division, where he led the expansion of the company’s commercial development opportunities in North America. In April 2014, Mr. Webb was instrumental in the development and formation of Kolter Hospitality, which currently manages the daily operations of ten hotels totaling 1,731 keys across Florida. Under his leadership, Kolter Hospitality is also in the development and construction stages of an AC by Marriott hotel project in Orlando, FL, which will add an additional 180 keys. During his tenure, Kolter Hospitality and its portfolio of hotels have received numerous industry distinctions and awards for performance excellence.
