Scott Wasserberger joined Marcus & Millichap in 2019 as a career change from the retail sector. Scott specializes in the sale of multi-family and mixed-use investment properties throughout the New York metropolitan area and has developed a niche clientele in both the lower Hudson Valley and Connecticut. Scott‘s successful long and storied career in retail sales has proven to be extremely beneficial by enabling him to advise and guide his customers throughout the buy/sell cycle with insight and understanding for his customers to successfully navigate the sale process. Scott is an alumnus of CUNY Baruch and lives in Scarsdale with his wife, two children and black Labrador retriever.
