Scott Silberberg

As Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Waypoint Development Group Scott oversees the acquisition, development strategies, leasing and disposition for the firm and is tasked with co-managing the day-to-day operations of the company. Scott sources and directs acquisitions of new sites for ground up development and re-development while pursuing and preserving key relationships with the brokerage community and tenant community. Scott has two decades of expertise in the Commercial Real Estate industry which includes more than 10 years of brokerage experience. Scott is recognized for his proficiency in designing strategic merchandising, leasing, and investment strategies. He has a talent for site selection and has guided multiple retailers through their regional expansions, including acquisitions and excess property disposition. Scott graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 with a major in Communications and a minor in Business Administration.
