ABOUT
Scott directs and runs the daily activities of Grimley Residential including acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of the Grimley and 3rd party portfolios. He has been active in multifamily, retail and office operations and acquisitions for over 20 years and currently asset manages a portfolio of over $300MM in multifamily and $40MM in retail properties. Scott supports many charitable organizations including One Earth, Epilepsy Foundation of Colorado, Children's Hospital of Colorado and Golfers Against Cancer. He holds a BA in Economics from Elon University.
