Brokered over one thousand complex lease and sale transactions, managed and stabilized troubled assets and developed in conjunction with various partners more than 40 projects. Most recent project: redeveloping a dilapidated 70% vacant building in downtown Los Angeles into an architecturally appropriate, pedestrian friendly project anchoring the northwest corner of 4th and Broadway. The building was re-modeled, re-positioned and leased to 100% occupancy in 12 months.
