Scott’s expertise is in providing highly customized real estate solutions for multi-national corporations in a single offering including strategic consulting, portfolio optimization, technology, transaction management, and facility management services. Scott prides himself on his ability to custom tailor a project team for every assignment on a local or global level by utilizing the Cushman & Wakefield’s platform. Scott is a third generation Schubert in the industry and in his free time, Scott enjoys playing golf, working out, traveling and spending time with his family.
