During his time in accounting and management, Scott developed a unique understanding of the financial workings and operations of a portfolio consisting of Multifamily housing, retail shopping centers and medical office buildings and development. His experience in working with Tenant’s, Property Owners, and Finance have given him an attention to detail which created a set of skills to help aide his clients in lease negotiations, renewals, acquisitions, and dispositions. Scott has been involved in over $100,000,000.00 of deal volume in his time with Cushman & Wakefield including the sale and leasing of some of the region’s largest transactions. Scott has also built a reputation that is deeply rooted in his community. He and his wife Kendall actively support several organizations including: The American Heart Association, Alzheimer’s Disease Association of Kern County, The Active 20-30 Club of Bakersfield and Young Life. Scott is currently serving as Chair of the Board for the Golden Empire Gleaners.
