Scott is a partner at DuWest Realty & leads the project leasing & brokerage team, which controls over 8,500,000 SF of retail real estate throughout the Southwest US. In his role, Scott specializes in urban developments, grocery anchored shopping centers & power centers with national and regional owners such as ShopCore (Blackstone), Crow Holdings, Weber & Co, Greenway Investment Company & Provident Realty. Throughout his career, Scott has completed over 1,000 lease, sale & development transactions valued at over $800,000,000 of total consideration. He is a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he earned his bachelors degree in business. Scott lives in Dallas with his wife and 3 young children.
