Scott Rigsby

Scott Rigsby is a founding partner of Industry Partners, an entrepreneurial real estate services firm specializing in the representation of landlords, tenants and developers with a particular focus on creative work environments and adaptive reuse projects in West Los Angeles. Previously, he was vice president of Lee& Associates/West Los Angeles. One of Lee & Associates top-ranked producers, he was responsible for closing over a million square feet of creative office space transactions in West Los Angeles for media and tech clients, as well as retail. Scott offers extensive office and creative space experience, in addition to expertise in the areas of development, design and space planning. Scott graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Finance. Scott currently lives in the Pacific Palisades and has two children.
