Scott Morse

Scott Morse serves as Executive Vice President, West Coast Market Leader at Hillwood, where he is responsible for land and building acquisitions, development, leasing, and dispositions in Southern California and the West Coast Region. He leads acquisition, leasing, dispositions, and marketing efforts for the firm's expanding industrial business in Southern California and oversees all facets of the acquisition process, including contract negotiations, underwriting, and closing of real estate transactions. He has more than a decade of experience managing acquisitions and dispositions totaling over $5 billion. Morse joined Hillwood's West Coast team in 2015. Before joining Hillwood, he served as Vice President of Transactions at Bentall Kennedy, where he oversaw the company's acquisitions in the Southern California region covering Los Angeles, the Inland Empire, Orange County, and San Diego. Earlier, he worked for ten years in the Los Angeles and Boston offices of CBRE Global Investors and began his career as an appraiser in CBRE's valuation department in Los Angeles.
