Scott Miller

Scott serves as Vice President of Development where he is responsible for sourcing and executing new development projects. In addition to leading projects through planning, entitlements, and construction, Scott concentrates on identifying opportunities in new and existing markets. With more than a decade of experience in commercial estate, Scott has a diverse background spanning from single-tenant build-to-suits and stabilized asset acquisitions, to off-market redevelopment opportunities and complex property assemblages that require creative financing structures and the use of incentives through public private partnerships. Prior to joining Drake Development, Scott was a Vice President at AREA Real Estate Advisors and Executive Vice President at Elevate Property Advisors where he focused on developing market strategies for national tenants, sourcing opportunities for development partners and acquiring assets for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
