Scott Milich

Scott Milich joined Royal Properties as Vice President. in March 2025, tasked with the expansion of the firm's landlord and tenant representation in the Lower Hudson Valley and New Jersey markets. Scott is a seasoned real estate professional who specializes in retail, commercial and industrial properties. Over 20 years of experience as an owner, developer and in providing real estate advisory and brokerage services to clients. Scott represents regional retail and commercial real estate owners as well as national retail tenants, charities and local retailers. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”) since 2004. In addition to his real estate background, Scott has owned, managed and partnered with associates in the restaurant industry.
