Scott Logan, Associate Vice President in Colliers' Portland office, brokers commercial property transactions with an emphasis on income-producing investment assets. He works primarily on single-tenant net leased product and commercial centers, having successfully closed in over 15 states with a total sales volume in excess of $250 million. Mr. Logan aids his clients by way of buyer/seller representation, dispersion of sales and leasing data, and advisory services for investors and operators undergoing portfolio evaluations. Scott hails from Eastern Oregon, where his family owned and operated a potato processing plant which made french fries and mashed potato products using spuds grown and harvested on their own 10,000 acre farm. Scott was active in all aspects of the operation, from digging the soil to aiding in the sales process of the finished product. Scott also has experience marketing for Western Alfalfa, a family-owned alfalfa processing plant which made high-grade pellets used as feed for race horses and organic cattle companies.
