Scott has more than 28 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. He began his career in brokerage and leasing of commercial properties throughout the southeastern United States. After his first 6 years in commercial sales, he transitioned into specializing in all aspects of retail development and brokerage work where he has participated in excess of 4 million square feet of retail developments, primarily focusing on grocery anchored neighborhood centers, power centers, and single-retailer build-to-suits.
