Scott Hill

Scott Hill is an industrial property leasing and sales specialist specifically focusing with his team on the close-in/South Seattle, Tukwila, Kent and Auburn submarkets. Scott's experience working on both sides of lease and sale transactions enables him to advise his clients on how to successfully navigate deals of all sizes and complexities, and he works relentlessly to ensure their goals are met. Scott's early exposure to the world of commercial real estate in the Bay Area is what drove his passion to eventually immerse himself in the industry. His clients appreciate his strong communication skills, his ability to approach problems with creativity, and his attention to detail. Since joining Lee & Associates, Scott has been involved in over 200 transactions totaling over $50 million in gross volume. Scott has shown himself as adept and agile, juggling multiple tasks and transactions while providing clear communication and negotiations with a variety of clients. Scott grew up in Northern California and attended the University of Arizona where he studied Urban & Regional Development. An avid golfer, as a Senior in High School, Scott was recognized as a 1st Team All State selection and continues to play competitively when time allows.
