Scott Hensley CCIM, SIOR

As part of Charlotte's business community since 1994, Scott is one of the area’s leading commercial real estate brokers. Scott uses his real estate experience, local relationships, and market knowledge to quickly and efficiently evaluate client needs, educate them on current market conditions, and help them make good real estate decisions. His project experience ranges from working with the existing property inventory to taking raw land through the entitlement and zoning process, to full development and occupancy. Earlier in his professional life, he worked in sales and marketing with IBM in Richmond and Roanoke, Virginia. Scott joined Piedmont Properties in 1999 and served as President of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors in 2012.
