Scott Guo

Mr. Guo leads the leasing, origination and underwriting of industrial transactions for the company. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Guo was an acquisitions and leasing officer for Exeter Property Group where, among his responsibilities, he directed the leasing strategy for a 4 million square foot industrial and office portfolio. Prior to rejoining EQT Exeter, Mr. Guo led industrial acquisitions and development for the Northeast region for Wharton Industrial. Mr. Guo was a commissioned officer in the US Army serving in Iraq and other locations around the world. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and his Masters in Business Administration from Cornell University.
