Scott Gray

Scott Gray is a 4th generation Texan who has made Houston his home for the past 40+ years. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, he began a career in Banking and the Title Insurance Industry. Those work experiences provided a solid foundation for his subsequent transition into real estate brokerage. Since 1997 Scott has operated an independent commercial real estate brokerage firm known as Scott Gray Real Estate providing turnkey real estate services to private investors. In addition to brokerage, he has been an owner/operator of numerous multi-family properties since 2000. His experience coupled with the lessons which can only be learned by being an operator have provided his clients a balanced advisory perspective all the while keeping his clients’ best interest in the forefront. Throughout Scott’s 20 years of brokerage he has had the good fortune to work on a variety of projects. Of late he has done a number of retail deals, note purchases and is now devoting time to triple net offerings in an attempt to help shield his clients from the ever aggressive appraisal districts.
