Scott Gerber

Scott Gerber started in the multifamily brokerage business in 1989 in Chicago, Illinois. Since then, Scott has closed over $1.1 Billion in commercial transactions totaling over 8,000 residential units and 300,000 square feet of retail, industrial and office space. In addition, he has represented public and private affordable housing groups in the acquisition and development of over 600 units for affordable housing. In 2006 Scott opened NorCal Commercial, Inc. in Larkspur and learned firsthand what it takes to run a real estate brokerage firm. That chapter ended in 2011 when Scott joined what is now Cushman and Wakefield. Scott is dedicated to market research and produces semi-annual market rent reports for Marin and Sonoma Counties. He strongly values community and founded the charity event known as the Kickball Showdown, which has raised over $100,000 for local nonprofit youth charities. Heading into his 30th year in the investment real estate business, Scott looks forward to working with a local company to grow and develop his locally based investment brokerage and advisory business.
