• Robert Gardner has directed the management, leasing, sales and exchange of retail, office, medical, warehouse and apartment property types for over 30 years. • Robert was the Nevada Manager and Vice President of Real Estate Asset Management for properties valued in excess of $250MM that were held in Trust by Bank of America. • From 1989 to 1991, Robert was Vice President and Property Management Department Manager for Zions First National Bank in Salt Lake City, Utah, with responsibility for $35MM REO, 95 bank branches, operations centers, ATM placement, bank leases, construction and ancillary property. • Robert gained this extensive experience primarily working as an independent broker in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. • Robert has represented various financial institutions in managing and selling and leasing REO, primarily in Utah, Wyoming and Arizona. • Robert was designated a Certified Property Manager (CPM) by the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1980. • Robert received the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1989. • Robert is a Nevada real estate broker and holds a property management certificate from the State.
