From 2014 to 2020, Scott completed the most medical leasing and sales transactions in the State of Idaho. Scott also excels at working with tenants who are recasting their leases in current locations, or moving to new ones. He also works with landlords to reduce vacancy and maintain existing tenants. In his first year at Colliers, Scott was recognized as Rookie of the Year. In 2011, 2015, 2016, and 2019 he was the top 5 highest producers at Colliers among all specialities. He is currently the top producing office broker at Colliers in Boise. Scott Feighner joined the Office Services Team of Colliers in 2008. Previously, Scott was a top-performing salesman for DBI Beverage in San Francisco, one of the largest beverage distributors in the country.
