Scott Everett
Scott Everett started his career in Real Estate in 2007 after graduating High School and flipping single family houses. He formed Royal Ventures, LLC in 2008 to provide brokerage, asset management, and development services for multifamily and commercial investors. In 2012 he founded S2 Capital to acquire and redevelop multifamily Real Estate. In the past 10 years as CEO of S2 Capital, he has built a Real Estate investment company that has transacted over $10B of multifamily assets and built 3 operating companies that generate annual revenues in excess of $400M with 500+ employees. He has been the recipient of Inc. Magazine 30 under 30 Award, Dallas Business Journal 40 under 40, and Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the 2018 Southwest region. Scott is an active investor and board member for multiple early-stage companies and enjoys being involved in the growth of early-stage ventures. Scott also contributes significant time and resources to local charities and is on the board of Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC) and Children’s Cancer Fund (CCF). Scott has 3 children and lives in Dallas, TX.
