Scott joined SVN in San Francisco and is licensed as a California Real Estate Broker since 1980. Scott worked as an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield in their Foster City and San Francisco Corp. offices for 15 years. BT Commercial who morphed into Cassidy Turley and then again into Cushman & Wakefield recruited Scott as a Vice President in office sales and leasing in their Burlingame offices where he worked for 15 years. Scott attended Ashworth College in preparation for his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in Property Management. He was a CPM Candidate and a member of National IREM as well as local IREM Chapter 21 in San Francisco. Currently, Scott manages seven commercial properties on the San Francisco Peninsula and serves as Board President of the Hacienda Gardens Historical Commercial condominiums in San Carlos, CA. Scott has the expertise to handle full service corporate real estate including tenant and landlord representation.Scott specializes in office leasing and sales. Major clients include Glenborough/Pauls, Travelers Insurance, CalPers, Bechtel, SamTrans,Summerhill Homes, the City of Daly City and City of San Mateo.
