Scott Davies

Mr. Davies is a native of Charlotte. Prior to joining NAI Southern, Mr. Davies was with Bank of America, where he served as Vice President-Transaction Manager responsible for lease negotiations for transactions in New York State and Connecticut for all BAC Mortgage, US Trust, Merrill Lynch and Banking Center sites. He completed over 430 transactions exceeding 2.5 million square feet of lease renewals and dispositions over his 5 years at the bank. Prior to joining Bank of America, Mr. Davies was a Senior Vice President with Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Carolina for 4 years and CBRE for 8 years, where he was the number one producer in the Charlotte office in 2000 and in the top 10% for CBRE globally. Mr. Davies has successfully completed transactions in over 100 markets throughout the US. He has been a multiple winner of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Two Million Dollar, Multi-Million Dollar and Ten Million Dollar Club awards. graduate of the University of South Carolina.
