Scott started his real estate career in 1994 in Plano, Texas. He moved to California in 2000, opened and managed 3 restaurants, sold them all and got back in the real estate in CA. He started his 1st real estate company in 2007. He was instructor for few years teaching Real Estate Principles course, prep for real estate exams and help new agents pursue in real estate career. He served as Board of Director for Tri-Counties Association of Realtor in 2012. Currently, he serves as an Owner/Broker of 168 Realty. He is overseeing 60+ agents and helping them to succeed in the real estate career. His main focuses in real estate for his clients are multiple apartment units and commercial investments.
