Scott Cairns

Scott Cairns joined the Howard Schwartz Team in May 2012. Before being licensed in February 2012, Scott graduated from Clarenceville High School in Livonia and attended Schoolcraft College. For eighteen years Scott worked in Distribution Center/ Warehouse Management. During this time he controlled 500,000 to 900,000 square foot facilities. He also has two years of Warehouse, Office and Industrial build-out consulting in Texas, where he negotiated lease contracts. The last twenty years of experience helps him immensely in the Real Estate field and working with clients. Scott currently lives in Milford with his wife and family.
