Scott Burgess

Scott specializes in retail brokerage, which includes the representation of owners, buyers and tenants in purchasing and leasing retail space. He has extensive experience with commercial real estate, financing and redevelopment, as well as banking and marketing, which are invaluable to retail clients. Scott is an analytical creative thinker who thrives in situations that require innovation. His goal is to build long-term client relationships that are built on trust and ingenuity. The most rewarding part of his job is being able to find and complete a deal that benefits a client as well as the community. Being from Greenville, he has a deep connection to the area and am very passionate about helping it grow even more. Because so much of our work as Colliers brokers relies on collaboration and teamwork, we can bounce ideas off one another and make sure that nothing is overlooked.
