Scott Brown

Scott Brown has been a partner with Quantum Real Estate since 2000. Scott is responsible for project development and his duties include land acquisition, land development, due diligence analysis, entitlements, financial feasibility, sales and leasing. He also is responsible for overseeing the partnership structures and associated securities oversight. His experience includes developing farm land into commercial developments for retail/office buildings, apartment communities and limited service hotels. Quantum’s business is to develop, build, stabilize and manage properties with a long term approach and ownership. Quantum has been involved in numerous commercial real estate projects, including, but not limited to, retail, office, hotels, land development, and apartments.
