Working out of Marcus & Millichap’s Palo Alto office as a Multi-Family/NNN specialist, Scott is an Associate partnered with Mitchell Zurich who has continually led one of the most predominate Multi-Family teams across the Bay Area. The team has established a captivating track record representing multifamily investors and exchange clientele while closing over 250 transactions totaling over $1 Billion in Sales. The Zurich Group prides itself on having a proactive approach for clients to have full comprehension of the marketplace while maintaining an outstanding reputation in the brokerage community and expertise in deal making. Prior to joining the Zurich Group at Marcus & Millichap, Scott was a student- athlete at San Jose State University where he played both sides of the offensive line at guard and tackle while also earning degrees in Communications and Urban Planning Regional Development. Along with winning the 2020 Mountain West Conference Championship, Scott was mentored at Sridhar Equities where he discovered his true passion for the Commercial Real Estate & Equities markets.
