Scott Becket is a Managing Director and specializes in Tenant representation for local and portfolio multi-market clients. Prior to joining JLL in 2015, Scott was a Vice President at DTZ (Cushman and Wakefield). Scott has successfully transacted over 3 million square feet of real estate valued at $25 million. Scott's strong professional background has given him the analytical skills to evaluate and implement successful site-selection strategies, develop and analyze market trends, produce detailed financial analyses, create effective deal structures and focus transaction negotiations. These skills coupled with the utilization and implementation of JLL's integrated service lines from project management to lease administration yield a competitive advantage for his clients.
