Scott Backes

Mr. Backes oversees the vision, strategy, and execution of Brydant. He also serves Brydant’s clients through strategic programming & analysis, design, and finance of real estate and development projects. He has 22 years of experience in Corporate Management, Real Estate, and Real Estate Development. Scott excelled in the engineering departments of two Fortune 500 Companies Honeywell (HON) & Medtronic (MDT) setting the standard of excellence and systemization. He later transitioned his skill-sets and passion for real estate to civil engineering & land planning where he obtained over 12 years of diverse experience in industrial, commercial, and master-planned community developments. Scott’s understanding of corporate strategy led to his focus on representing corporations in real estate transactions. Combining corporate real estate and development became a natural fit. Delivering quantifiable value through corporate operations and real estate valuation lead to corporate representation, development, and value-add investment real estate. ? As an active member of Harvard Alumni, he serves on the board of directors of the Harvard Club of Phoenix and has previously served as President . Scott is happily married to his wife Jennifer with a blended family of six kids and are foster parents in the State of Arizona.
