Scot Ison is a Principal in Cresa’s Houston office, bringing more than three decades of experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining Cresa, Scot founded and ran his own boutique firm, Axis Tenant Advisors, where he quickly gained a strong reputation for his client-centric approach in delivering tailored corporate space solutions to users both across the city and nationwide. Scot is deeply involved in the Houston community and has served on various boards, including the Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation and the Houston Aphasia Recovery Center.
