Scot Guidry is a 1987 graduate of LSU and received his CCIM designation in 2006. He has specialized in industrial and office sales & leasing throughout his real estate career. Scot Guidry has successfully transferred his 20 years of industrial sales experience into the industrial / commercial real estate market. His knowledge of the industrial service industry requirements has been instrumental in the site selection process for national companies entering the Gulf-South marketplace. Scot has been the annual featured presenter for the Industrial Sector TRENDS in Real Estate Seminar since 2012.
