Scarlett Jia is the Vice President of Acquisitions at Clear Capital, LLC, where she leads an underwriting team to source and analyze multifamily investment opportunities in the Mountain, Sunbelt, and Pacific Northwest regions. In addition to acquisitions, Ms. Jia is responsible for supporting the firm’s due diligence, asset management, and capital markets activities. Prior to joining Clear Capital, LLC, Ms. Jia was an Associate at Growth Investment Group, where she oversaw the firm’s transaction, underwriting, and marketing functions for the group’s investment sales platform. Ms. Jia studied Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California’s Ross Program in Real Estate. She received a BA in Communication (Magna Cum Laude) with a minor in Applied Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
