Utilizing her education in urban planning and community development, Sarah has also been involved in consulting assignments and provides market analysis as the author of the annual Figures report covering the office sector in the Buffalo Niagara region. Sarah joined the CBRE|Buffalo office in 2007 as a market analyst collecting data for the annual CBRE|Buffalo MarketView. Her background in Urban Planning and Community Development fostered her interest in commercial real estate. Sarah teams with Shana Stegner, the firm's managing director, specializing in office leasing, including lease analysis, negotiation and execution for a diverse group of owners and tenants.
