Past President of Firelands Association of Realtors, served on Legal Issues, Professional Standards, and Property Management Forums with the Ohio Association of Realtors, Every 3 years had to have 30 hours of Continuing Education, Now I am only required to have 9 hrs of mandated courses, plus a Management course. My job is not done until my clients are satisfied
