Sara Beth Bryant
Sara Beth has spent most of her life in Warren County and has been involved in real estate since she was three years old. She learned the ropes of the business from her mom, a longtime realtor, Kathryn Bryant. In 2018, Sara Beth graduated from Tennessee Tech with a degree in Sociology. She is an active member of the local Junior Auxiliary organization in McMinnville and The Power of 100 Warren County. In her real estate career, she has been ranked in the top 25 realtors out of hundreds, and received multiple awards from the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors. Sara Beth thrives on customer service and is dedicated to helping her clients in every step of the way. Whether potential clients are a first-time homebuyer, relocating to the area, or just wanting to make a move, they can give her a call. In her free time, Sara Beth loves spending time with her little girl, Audrey, and bonus girl, Aylen. She also enjoys remodeling and staging homes, engaging in "local" activities in McMinnville, and spending time with family and friends.
