Santanna Portman

Santanna Portman began her real estate career in 2011 in Saskatchewan while attending the University of Regina. While involved in commercial real estate in Saskatoon and Regina, Santanna mainly focused on office and retail leasing and sales. In 2018, her career led her to Winnipeg where she was involved leading the acquisitions and brokerage relations of an investment firm involved in tokenization of properties linked to a cryptocurrency on the exchange. Further interest in development led Santanna to British Columbia where she allied with a large apartment developer leading their commercial property and land acquisitions throughout Canada in addition to working with close clients privately on business and real estate acquisition proposals. In 2022, Santanna connected with a partner to work on a mixed-use development property in the Parksville area along the French Creek marina and reinstated her commercial real estate license to properly service her clients looking to purchase/lease property in British Columbia. Santanna is primarily focused on investment property and development land acquisitions/dispositions but can help clients with commercial real estate needs in all asset classes throughout the province.
