Sanjiv Chopra is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Rhino Investments. His involvement in re-developing commercial and mixed-use real estate as an investor and builder, has been positively impacting communities in over ten states. Mr. Chopra has over fourteen years of real estate experience and has successfully completed hundreds of transactions. Mr. Chopra started his real estate career as a real estate broker. In the down market he became a certified personal trainer and started and grew a gym chain to over 60 locations in three states. In 2014 Mr. Chopra decided to refocus on real estate development with one moderately sized shopping center in Oakdale, California. Under his leadership Rhino Investments has since grown to over 3,000,000 square feet of real estate owned and managed. Mr. Chopra is a result driven Real Estate Executive delivering strategic solutions that maximize and protect the economic value of leased and owned commercial real estate. He is customer focused and adept in understanding rights and obligations as well as site and market conditions to favorably and authoritatively influence the negotiated outcome of a transaction. Values include integrity, ethical conduct, accountability, and team collaboration to build lasting professional relationships of trust and dependability. Mr. Chopra earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business at the University of San Francisco, a Master of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law.
