Henry Wise is the Co-Owner of Wise Living Real Estate and the commercial/residential development firm Wise Properties, LLC. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both Alabama and Florida, as well as a Licensed General Contractor. His responsibilities include sales, leasing, and development of both commercial and residential properties throughout Mobile County, Baldwin County, and Escambia County. His primary areas of focus are landlord/tenant representation and the acquisition of positive cash-flow investment properties. With more than 30 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, Mr. Wise has represented a wide range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies to local mom-and-pop businesses. Regardless of the size or scope of the project, Henry is known for treating every client with the same level of dedication and professionalism. Henry maintains active involvement in the real estate community through multiple industry organizations. He is a member of the Alabama CCIM Chapter, Baldwin County Association of Realtors, Mobile Area Association of Realtors, and the Pensacola Association of Realtors. Mr. Wise is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance. In 2011, Laura Norton and Sandy Wise formed the Norton Wise Team and with their high energy and deep rooted relationships in the community, they consistently earned a place among the top 10 Real Estate Teams in Baldwin County.
