Sandy is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area, with over 15 years of experience providing commercial real estate services. After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida, Sandy managed a building materials sales center in Orlando for a Fortune 500 company. This led to a career in South Florida as a construction project manager. In 2009, Sandy maintained a 4.0 GPA performing graduate work in Sustainable Development at the University of South Florida. This program included USGBC (LEED) projects and organizational membership. A few years later, she joined the commercial real estate field and became a licensed sales associate. She brings knowledge from her management and marketing background including her experience in construction and professional services for the built environment. Her energy and enthusiasm benefit her clients as she creates solutions to challenges. Sandy has a reputation as a problem-solver.
