Sandra Schmidt
Sandra Schmidt is an agent with National Realty and a lifelong resident of the county. She has a deep love for the area—the land, the people, and the schools—proudly embracing the motto, “Once a Mustang, always a Mustang.” Sandra raised her two children, Curtis and Kacha Schmidt, in the community. Today, they lead successful lives: Curtis is a Mechanical Engineer living near Tulsa with his wife Kendall and their three sons, Beckett, Myer, and Abram. Kacha, known as Coach Kuhn, is a volleyball coach and teacher at White Rock in Jane, Missouri. She resides in Anderson with her husband Dusty and their three sons, Dayce, Diesel, and Denver. Sandra has a strong background in construction, having worked alongside her husband for many years in their business, S and S Construction. After health challenges forced her to step away, she ran her own cleaning business before transitioning into real estate following her third back surgery. Real estate quickly became her passion. She values the National Realty team as her second family, sharing a commitment to integrity, teamwork, and the well-being of the county. Sandra takes great pride in serving her clients.
