Sandra Paquet joined CBRE's Moncton team as Sales Associate in 2019 and holds more than 10 years' experience in the commercial real estate sector including Valuation & Advisory Services, Project Management, Leasing and Sales. Prior to her career in brokerage, Sandra was working as an Accredited Appraiser for Altus Group where she gained valuable experience in a wide variety of investment assets, land and commercial/industrial properties. In addition, Sandra was previously leading the role of Office and Industrial Leasing Consultant for Cominar Real Estate Investment Trust, providing leasing services for over 1 million square feet of commercial space.
