Sandra Berkenbush
Sandy Berkenbush, co-owner of Stone Ridge Properties and a lifelong West Newbury resident. She has been selling real estate for 30 years, with a focus on the Merrimack River communities that she has come to know so well. Sandy is certified as both a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Buyer’s Rep (CBR). Her 41 years of marketing and direct sales experience helps give you the best service possible in selling your home or finding the right home and negotiating the best deal. Community is so important to Sandy. That is why she is an active member of the Greater NBPT Association of Realtors, the Massachusetts Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Customs House Maritime Museum and the Pentucket Educational Foundation. In the past, she has been a member of West Newbury’s Planning Board as well as the Open Space Committee. Sandy also sponsored the Dana Farber Marathon Challenge and participated in the Veterans Memorial Building Fundraiser.
