Sandi focuses on tenant and landlord representation, as well as ground-up, mixed-use development leasing. Sandi has completed transactions exceeding $500 million in value, with extensive experience supporting high-growth development activity across Central Florida. Her client roster includes developers such as MAA, Camden Property Trust, and Brixmor, as well as retail brands including H&H Bagels, Bark Suds, Bosphorous, and Drybar. Prior to ACRE, she served as Director of Real Estate for Value Financial, where she helped scale the company from three locations to more than 120 stores nationwide, overseeing site selection, lease negotiations and store development.
