Samuel Nickerson

Sam is a Principal with Ecos Properties, a commercial real estate company he founded in 2012. Sam focuses on development projects, property management, leasing, and investments. He focuses on adaptive reuse and energy efficient retrofits for mixed-use, commercial and multifamily and properties in Massachusetts, New York, and Connecticut. Sam’s investing experience includes commercial real estate, public equities, and venture capital. He has extensive experience with equity and debt financings, company formation, and acquisitions and divestitures. Sam holds an M.B.A. in finance and entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, where he was a Neubauer Scholar
