Sam is a retail investment specialist who focuses on both single-tenant net-leased properties as well as shopping centers across the United States. Sam utilizes his knowledge of consumer behavior to help clients make informed decisions relating to their assets. Before joining The Sulo Group at Marcus & Millichap Sam worked with a non-profit, connecting audiences and gathering donations to help move the business forward. Sam received his BA in Marketing and utilizes that knowledge to craft strategic marketing plans.
