Sam Hoheisel specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial properties with NAI Pfefferle. As an industrial specialist, Sam is committed to maximizing value for his clients and always having their best interest in mind. Sam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a double major in Business Administration and Real Estate Property Management. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Sam worked in property management and sales. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family, as well as traveling.
