Samuel Gamble

Sam joined Wilson Kibler in 2022 and focuses primarily on landlord representation, tenant representation, site selection, and market analysis. He began his career at Wilson Kibler as Director of Marketing and Research, making the jump to Brokerage in 2023. Before joining Wilson Kibler, Sam most recently served as a Research Consultant for CoStar Group, a real estate information and analytics company based out of Washington D.C. as well as a Legislative Aide in the Virginia House of Delegates. Sam is a Columbia native and attended Hammond School and the University of South Carolina.
